This document outlines exactly what you'll receive with your website service and what happens after your site goes live.

Website Assets & Configuration
- Complete website built with modern technologies (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel)
- Domain connection - your existing domain connected to your new website
- Custom email forwarding setup (if requested)
- SSL certificate for secure HTTPS connections
- Mobile-responsive design that works seamlessly on all devices
- Contact forms that deliver inquiries directly to your email

Ongoing Support & Maintenance
- Routine website maintenance to keep your site secure and updated

- Content updates - up to 2 hours per month included in your subscription

- Uptime monitoring to ensure your site remains accessible
Pricing & Billing
Simple pricing: $499 one-time setup fee + $29/month subscription
The one-time setup fee covers building your website and the first month of service. Your recurring monthly subscription billing begins in month 2, on the same calendar day as your initial signup. If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to receive service until the end of your current billing period with no partial refunds.
After Your Website Goes Live
Website Management
After your website goes live, I'll handle all routine maintenance and hosting tasks. This means you won't need to:
- Install security updates
- Troubleshoot hosting issues
- Monitor for downtime
- Worry about site backups
- Manage SSL certificates
All of these technical aspects are handled for you as part of your monthly service fee.
Content Updates
Your subscription includes up to 2 hours of content updates per month. To request updates:
- Email me at hello@jerryfeng.com with your update request
- Include any new text, images, or specific changes you'd like made
- I'll implement your changes within 24-48 hours (often sooner)
- You'll receive a confirmation when updates are complete
Monthly update hours do not roll over to the next month if unused.
Performance Monitoring
I continuously monitor your website's performance and will proactively address any issues that arise. This includes:
- Regular speed testing
- Uptime monitoring
- Security scanning
- Mobile responsiveness checks
If any concerns are detected, I'll resolve them without you needing to do anything.
Website Ownership & Access
Domain ownership: You maintain complete ownership of your domain name. I simply help you point it to your new website.
Website access: While I manage the technical aspects of your website, you can request a login to view your site's analytics at any time.
In case of cancellation: If you cancel the service, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, I can provide you with:
- A static export of your website that you can host elsewhere
- Guidance on transferring your site to another hosting provider
- Support for domain redirection (if needed)
Additional Services Available
Beyond what's included in your standard service, I also offer:
- Advanced analytics setup and reporting
- Additional website pages or sections
- Custom feature development (booking systems, e-commerce, etc.)
